This book is a must for one who wants too know about the sports, and those speedskaters, ice speedskaters, who competed at the olympics. it has so many chapters. recommended. also i must say that if you are looking for a training guide for ice speedskating, long track or short track. be sure to purchase Dianne Holum's book titled the complete book of speedskating[i believe i got the whole title right]. the book is rare, but it is considered the "Bible" of speedskating literature. it is a rare book. but get it.
